Come and enjoy dance & movement with Bonnie, a professional dancer and entertainer. She will guide you throughout with freedom of your own expression to help you reconnect with your body.
Step into a world of tranquility with our immersive sound bath experiences. Using a symphony of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we take you on a deeply relaxing journey. As the soothing vibrations wash over you, you’ll release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner peace.
Join us for a retreat day, where each session is held in a serene, candle-lit space, surrounded by nature. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned meditator, these sessions offer a space to pause, breathe, and be fully yourself.
Explore our upcoming retreats and let the sound lead you home.

Joanna is an accredited Sound Healer who also has a musical background, playing piano, creating music for children’s music classes, and teaching sessions for parents and their children in class settings. After several visits to Glastonbury, Joanna developed a connection to the healing instruments and used them as part of her own healing journey. She now wants to be able to provide this valuable relaxing experience to others in one-to-one sessions, small groups of friends, and larger events/retreats.
Bonnie and Joanna have been friends for some years and naturally work really well together for retreats. Both have a varied musical background and can provide the perfect combination for health and relaxation.
Our next upcoming retreat is on 5th July 2026 at Norton Juxta Village Hall 10.15am to 12.30pm.
We also include refreshments such as homemade energy balls, a taste of real goodness, and Bonnie’s homemade flapjack. We also provide a variety of hot drinks with different milks available and cold drinks such as squash and water.
After completing the dance/movement section, you will be able to cool down with the fresh cold flannels provided.
